Hey there! My name is Terra a Certified Lactation Counselor, Certified Doula, and Child birth educator. I'm a mom of four amazing kids, embarking in many of lives parenting challenges from time to time. Parenting can be a roller coaster but you continue to learn as you go. My journey into motherhood has been a mix of deliveries, having had a different experience with every pregnancy giving me a unique perspective on it all. Along with being a mom, and supporting families, I’m an office manager for a mobile OBGYN clinic with an incredible team.

As a young adult, my dream revolved around working with families and offering support, especially in the realm of labor and delivery as a nurse. The desire to assist mothers and their babies during this significant and transformative period fueled my passion and dedication. However, as time went on, my aspirations evolved, and my focus shifted towards a broader goal of providing comprehensive help and care to families in various ways.

I realized that my calling extended beyond the confines of a specific medical role. I wanted to be a source of support and guidance for families throughout their entire journey, from prenatal care to postpartum wellness. This realization opened doors to new opportunities, leading me to become a doula, lactation counselor and now working towards my International Board Certified Lactation Consultant Licensing.

Now, my mission is to be a pillar of strength and compassion, empowering families in diverse communities. Whether it's assisting during childbirth, offering lactation support, or providing emotional guidance, I am dedicated to making a positive impact in their lives. My journey may have changed, but my determination to help families in every way possible remains steadfast. I am committed to being a source of reassurance and care as they navigate the beautiful and challenging moments of parenthood. Together, let's create a nurturing environment where families can thrive and embrace the joy of parenthood wholeheartedly.

birth Package 1

Being pregnant and becoming a mom is a big deal. You're not just caring for a new life; you're also transforming. From helping you master labor, and navigate breastfeeding to being a listening ear when emotions run high, I'll be by your side. We'll navigate the ups and downs of new motherhood together.

What You Get:

• A minimum of 1 prenatal visit (Birth plan)
• Identification of the Client’s support plan
• Childbirth education class
• prenatal movement/workout session plan
• 45 min prenatal or post baby massage
• Unlimited phone consultations through 6 weeks of postpartum
• 24 hour on-call availability during the 2 weeks prior to and after Client’s due date
• Continuous support during the birth process (photography included)
• 1 postpartum visit (getting settled in)
• (1) 2hr lactation appointment

Endless nights? Let's fix that. I use proven methods to teach your baby good sleep habits. Finally, everyone can get some quality shut-eye.

What You Get:

• Sleep Schedule: Create a custom sleep preference for your baby.
  
• Nighttime Routine: Learn effective pre-sleep rituals to calm your baby.
  
• Follow-Up Support: We'll tweak the plan as needed to ensure success.
